Bulk Polybag
Bulk Polybag

Bulk polybags are the most common type of packaging. Rings or springs are placed into large sealed bags and then packed in boxes for shipping. This option is both highly cost effective and easy to open.

Paper Roll Pack

Roll packs are a common packaging method where rings or springs are lined up and tightly rolled in heavy paper, then boxed
for shipping. This option helps keep parts organized and prevents tangling.

Custom Packaging Options

When standard packaging isn't enough, Smalley provides options tailored to your application, assembly, or environmental requirements.

Tube packaging is preferred when parts need to be stacked neatly for easy assembly. It is generally used for parts too small to roll pack, or when other packaging is unacceptable.

Shrink wrap packaging, like tubes, keeps parts stacked in order. It’s a great option for applications with specific assembly requirements.

With wire loop packaging, parts are strung along a wire—similar to beads on a necklace. The wire ends are secured before sealing in a polybag. This method helps prevent tangling, particularly for small-diameter parts.

Wire Loop

Each part is individually bagged, sealed, and labeled for clear identification. Ideal for controlled environments, individual use, distribution, or when part separation is essential. We also offer kitting, combining multiple parts in one bag.

If corrosion is a concern, parts can be packaged in VCI bags or paper for added protection during transit.

LARGE ORDER SHIPPING

Bulk in box packaging allows us to place customer-ordered parts directly into a box, either lined with a bag or without. This option is excellent for high-volume orders, offering easy handling.

Shipping Boxes on Pallets

LARGE ORDER SHIPPING

For large or international shipments, parts are boxed or crated and then palletized. Our standard wooden pallets are heat-treated, ISPM-15 certified, and stamped with the IPPC logo to ensure global compliance. We also offer plastic, pressed-wood, and EPAL Euro pallets to meet international shipping requirements.
